To place an order do I have to create a Manzoni 24 account?

No. All you need is an email address. You can order and follow your order also in the guest mode. We recommend, nonetheless, that you create an Account. That way you can create a Wishlist with your favourite items, and decide later to buy them.

Do you offer free return service?

Yes, our free return service is always available to all our customers.

How do I pass an order?

  1. Choose the product category you are interested in, amongst those in the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the item you wish to purchase.
  3. Select the size and colour and click on “add to cart “. Once you have finished your choice, proceed with Checkout.
  4. Access your Manzoni24 account or create one if you want. If you prefer not to create an account you can simply continue and make your purchases in the Guest mode.
  5. To complete your order include all your personal details, your shipping address and payment details. Once the payment is confirmed we will carefully prepare your order and ship it to the address you indicated.

Is a size guide available?

>The sizes mentioned on our web site are Italian sizes. Every garment, moreover, has its own specific fit. For questions, doubts or requests for help, we suggest you write shoponline@manzoni24.it

Do you have shipment costs?

Manzoni24 offers all its customers free shipment in Italy and EU Europe.

Can I pick up the garment I purchased on line in your boutique?

Yes. You can ask to be delivered in our boutique specifying that request directly in the checkout page. Alternatively go to Purchase Terms and Conditions and fill out the form.

What forms of payment are accepted?

You can pay with credit card (Visa and Master Card), PayPal, traditional bank transfer (wire).

Immediate Bank Transfer through the MYBANK or Alipay circuit.

If you wish to pay with a traditional bank transfer, your order will be processed once the payment has been effectively received. For more information go to Purchase Terms and Conditions

Can I ask for an invoice?

If you happen to need an invoice, remember to specify it by flagging the right box during checkout and to insert your VAT number before finishing the order. 

The details for the invoice must match the invoicing address.

Can I change the purchased item?

We do not do exchanges on garments purchased on line, but you may return it and buy another item

Can I change the shipping address after having finished passing the order?

No. Unfortunately once the order is finished you cannot change the information you gave.

When can I get reimbursed for the purchased garment?

The mode and timing of the reimbursements vary, within the terms of law, depending on the kind of payment chosen. The reimbursement will be done in accordance with the payment mode chosen.

Can I share my favourite Manzoni24 garments with friends?

Yes. You are welcome to share all the items you wish on Facebook, Pinterest, by e-mail or WhatsApp; all you need to do is click on the sharing icon and you can show your chosen piece to your friends.

Where can I check the progress and status of my order?

You will receive notifications about the progress of your order by e-mail, If you are registered on our web-site you can check by opening the My profile › My orders.

What is the Wishlist for?

The Wishlist is the treasure box where you keep your wishes: you can keep items stored there and decide to buy them later at your convenience. When you want you can shift the item of your choice from the Wishlist to the shopping bag and carry on with a new purchase. Just bear in mind that the items stored in the Wishlist are not available forever. We cannot guarantee how long the chosen items will be available.

My payment did not go through. How come?

There are a number of different answers to this question:

  • your credit card may be beyond the expiry date or beyond the monetary credit limit. In such cases we recommend that you contact your bank;
  • you may have inadvertently have inserted wrong information, such as code numbers for example. Check all the information and correct eventual errors.

In any case you can always revert to an Ordinary Bank Transfer (wire).

How do I understand whether my order has been accepted?

Once you click on Conferma l’ordine the order is registered and you will receive an email confirmation stating that your order is accepted and in progress.

If you have a registered account at Manzoni24, you can verify that the order is visible in the My profile › My orders.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address than the one on the invoice?

Yes. Make sure that you insert the correct information, including PO box number and complete address with the name on the doorbell.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you forgot your password, follow the link Hai dimenticato la Password in the entrance area of your account. Insert the request and follow the instructions you will receive on the email address you registered under.

Can I add an item to a confirmed order?

No. Unfortunately not possible. You have to proceed with a new order.
