To place an order do I have to create a Manzoni 24 account?

No, all you need is an email address: you can order also in the Guest mode. We recommend, nonetheless, that you create an Account. That way you can create a Wishlist with your favourite items and decide later to buy them, register your addresses and have a history of purchases made.

How do I pass an order?
  1. Choose the product category you are interested in, amongst those in the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the item you wish to purchase.
  3. Select the size and color and click on Add to cart or Buy Now. Once you have finished your choice, proceed with Checkout.
  4. Access your Manzoni24 account or create one if you want. If you prefer not to create an account you can simply continue and make your purchases in the Guest mode.
  5. To complete your order include all your personal details, your shipping address and payment details. Once the payment is confirmed we will carefully prepare your order and ship it to the address you indicated or you can pick it up in the store if you have chosen this option.
Do you have shipment costs?

Manzoni24 offers all its customers free shipment in Italy and EU Europe.

For shipping to other countries, contact our Customer Service.

How do I understand whether my order has been accepted?

Once you click on Place order the order is registered and you will receive an email confirmation stating that your order is accepted and in progress.

If you have a registered account at Manzoni24, you can verify that the order is visible in the My Account › Orders.

Where can I check the progress and status of my order?

You will receive notifications about the progress of your order by e-mail, If you are registered on our web-site you can check by opening the My Account › Orders.

Can I pick up the garment I purchased on line in your boutique?

Yes, you can ask to be delivered in our boutique specifying that request directly in the checkout page. Alternatively go to Purchase Terms and Conditions and fill out the form.

I prefer to buy directly in the store. Is it possible to book an appointment?

Certainly! If you wish to make an appointment at our boutique and discover the exceptional quality of Manzoni24 garments for yourself, you can fill out the dedicated form on the page Book an appointment in boutique.

Can I add an item to a confirmed order?

No. Unfortunately not possible. You have to proceed with a new order.

What forms of payment are accepted?

You can pay with credit card (Visa, Master Card, Amex) or PayPal.

Can I ask for an invoice?

If you need an invoice, select “Company” in the User Type on the checkout page and insert the Company Name and the VAT number before finishing the order. 

The details for the invoice must match the invoicing address.

My payment did not go through. How come?

There are a number of different answers to this question:

  • your credit card may be beyond the expiry date or beyond the monetary credit limit. In such cases we recommend that you contact your bank;
  • you may have inadvertently have inserted wrong information, such as code numbers for example. Check all the information and correct eventual errors.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address than the one on the invoice?

Yes, when completing the order you can indicate a shipping address different from the billing address.

Do you offer a free return service?

Can I change the purchased item?

Yes, to make a return you must log in. If you purchased as a guest, please contact our Customer Service. You can return it within 14 days of receiving the order and request a refund.

When can I get reimbursed for the purchased garment?

The mode and timing of the reimbursements vary depending on the kind of payment chosen. The reimbursement will be done in accordance with the payment mode chosen.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you forgot your password, follow the link Lost your Password? in the login area. Insert the request and follow the instructions you will receive on the email address you registered under.

What is the Wishlist for?

The Wishlist is the treasure box where you keep your wishes: you can keep items stored there and decide to buy them later at your convenience. When you want you can shift the item of your choice from the Wishlist to the shopping bag and carry on with a new purchase. 

Just bear in mind that the items stored in the Wishlist are not available forever. We cannot guarantee how long the chosen items will be available.

Can I share my favourite Manzoni24 garments with friends?

Yes, you are welcome to share all the items you wish on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Tumblr, by e-mail or WhatsApp; all you need to do is click on the sharing icon and you can show your chosen piece to your friends.
