Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.
Orders received after 4 pm will be processed on the next available working day.
To make a return you have to login. If you made your purchase as a guest register to enter the «My orders» section where you will select the phrase «Requested return» for the chosen article, indicating the motivations for which you intend to return the garment. You may return goods within 14 days of having received the purchase, and request refund.
You will receive by mail a confirmation of the Air Way Bill, which you will attach to the outside of the parcel. You will also be provided with instructions on how to proceed.
The objects you intend to return must be in their original state, without any alterations of any kind. We will not accept returns of any product which has been worn, washed, cleaned or damaged.
We will not accept returns where the original label is not intact and attached as it was originally.
If you no longer have the original box, please use a box of similar size.
Once received, the returned goods will be processed and checked by the appropriate department in the necessary time.
If the return is accepted, we will proceed with the reimbursement within seven working days, using the payment method that had been used originally at the time of the purchase.
The method of payment may have an influence on the time necessary for the reimbursement to reach you.
Only the person who originally made the purchase can return the goods. We will not accept returns from third parties or recipients of gifts.
Free shipment in Italy and UE in 2 to 4 working days*
In Italy for the following regions shipment could take 2 extra days: Basilicata, Campania, Puglia and islands.

Bank Transfer (wire), through MyBank
You can pay directly from wherever you are, comfortably using your MyBank home-banking account.
To do this, select MyBank, then select your bank. You will be automatically transferred to your online banking services. A transfer sheet will appear, already filled in. Check the details and authorise the transaction. Within a few seconds both you and the vendor will be advised that the payment went through.
Ordinary Bank wire Transfer
Once you have completed your order, a sentence will appear indicating that your order request has been received. Immediately check your mail where you will find our Bank details. Remember that you have one working day during which you will have to complete the payment and send us the copy of the wire by mail to email@example.com.
